About Caity

Strength training is only part of the journey when it comes to your health and wellness goals. The other part? Your mindset. I know how easy it is to get stuck in old habits or feel blocked when making changes—but that’s where real growth happens. Together, we’ll work on breaking down those barriers so you can build consistency, confidence, and results that last.

As your personal trainer, I’ll guide you through a mix of functional strength training, injury prevention, PRI breathing and grounding mechanics, and mobility and yoga. This combination keeps your body strong, mobile, and aligned so you’re not just chasing goals—you’re building a lifestyle you can sustain.
